Why can't I see my resort reservations and my park passes!? This app is called Universal Orlando RESORT! Where is the resort part of it? I can only see tickets for the Halloween Horror nights. This app is not user friendly. When you look at the map there are little icons all over and they are all clumped together. There needs to be individual park maps. It would be easier to see where everything is. Also restrooms should be highlighted. Needs a search bar too. So disappointed in the app."

The wait times are accurate, but ordering food is rough. The app will freeze or crash while trying to order food. It would be great to have a option to have a digital pass that you can use through the app. You can have a digital ticket on your phone, so why not your actual pass? I miss out on so much time because we swap vehicles and we don't always have both passes together. Multiple times I've had to go to customer service and get a replacement. Please add this feature!"

There's room for improvement with this app. There should be a way to view photos taken at the park in the app. I'd prefer if the wait times were shown without clicking on the ride, just show the wait time not the icon. Also, it's hard to select the ride or restaurant I want because of how small and close together the icons are. Lastly, I wish it would just open up to the map instead of a home page and having to select the map."
