Very inconvenient. It always show "you are currently offline" eventhough Im connecting to wifi. When there are bookings, it does not show the details of the bookings and guest information. A lot of bugs in this app. Developers need to carefully monitor the all app performance and should detect the bugs. The app and the web version does not allow to rearrange the photos, so the photos are messed up and it os very hard for the guest to observe the house."

I have tried to make a booking three times. Customer service chat hasn't been able to help. The timed discount is running out and my patience is running out with the errors for the app. It freezes on previous searches so that when I look for a new location, I get results from the previous search. I contacted Agoda support as suggested and once again was told they could not help me. Agoda has lost a customer."
