The app is handy because the user guide can be accessed there and you can experiment with the eq modes, ambient modes, etc. It's user friendly and pretty easy to understand. However, if you open the app and connect your device (I have Indy ANC), it tends to create a 1-2 second delay on your audio, which is very noticeable and annoying when trying to watch TV or videos on your phone. If you disconnect and reconnect your buds it fixes the issue, unless you open the app again."

The earbuds are amazing. The app is amazingly dismal. The app was somewhat unresponsive and difficult to use a year or so ago. Recently, there was an update and voice control was added... or at least that's what it said. Mostly, it just cycles on and off on a whim, preventing you from even seeing the battery level as it disconnects itself before the status pops up. Do better please."

(Using this with Crusher Evo.) Rather basic functionality, it'd really be nice if there was a proper graphic equalizer. As is, there's personalized audio, which I haven't tried out yet. There's options to find the headphone if you've misplaced it and to reset it. And then there's modes for music, movies and podcasts. I HIGHLY recommend movie mode, even for music, at least if you like vocals. It brings them out so they don't get lost in the heavy bass so much with the slider up."
