ADVERTORIAL

Excellent for weather enthusiasts. Being able to pull up both live radar and models along with overlays like fronts, storm tracks, visibility, wind direction, and severe weather outlooks is quite nice. Advisories and warning are simple to pull up and don't pull you out of the map. Takes a bit to figure out where everything is and how to use the tools and can feel clunky with so many controls, but I don't mind it. The subscription for all the tools is pretty spendy, though."

I am by no means a weather "expert" and after playing with the app, it does seem to be aimed more toward those in the expert level. There is no tutorial, so the only way to figure it out is trial and error, which tends to lead toward frustration. It seems to be a great app, but the learning curve (and the price) is pretty high for us novices. Maybe a 5 day trial version might help us decide if the app is right for us."

I find the high quality imaging, the variety of available imaging, radar and satellite both, useful. However, I also find there are cons. For example, this app, plain and simple, has a lot of bugs. The radar history, both recent and of previous dates, causes my app to crash quite a bit. It's slow, even on WiFi, and there is a huge delay, say, when I click an icon. It'll sometimes take upwards of a few minutes to load even some of normal functions."
