ADVERTORIAL

I don’t quite understand where all the complaints are coming from. I’ve been using Nextiva’s services for the past ten months and I can only say I’m not going anywhere else in the foreseeable future. They’ve provided a fast reliable service, the very few times the app has crashed I’ve been able to fix it by rebooting it which only takes a few seconds. I totally recommend it to anyone who relies on international calls on a daily bases like myself."

Long story short, this app doesn't cut mustard. It doesn't act like a phone app. I have used a few apps over the years (RingCentral, Xoom, Google Voice) and this one is the worst. Slow notifications, user interface is bad, and I can't get it to ring like a normal phone. You can't block numbers. You can't set it as you default phone app. Bluetooth plays by different rules than a phone should. You can only install the app on one phone at a time. There are more issues."

Doesn't sync up well with the desktop version. Texts and call history sync over only when reinstalling. Status changes don't update or stick when trying to set them from mobile. The only thing it does right consistently is alert me of an incoming call (which then doesn't show in my call history). If I didn't need it for work, I'd never use this app."
