ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! FOR SO MANY REASONS!!!! So flavorful! PERFECT portion sizes! my husband and I are full but not miserable. no leftovers to go to waste. I love to cook and I get to cook with fresh ingredients, not just pop something in the oven/microwave. It's REAL food, and it's REAL good! PRICE - PERFECT!!! I can't buy these meals at the grocery store for this price, and if I could, I would over-buy, over-cook, and over-eat!!! I sent a box to my daughter-in-law, and they LOVE it too!!!"
It used to be amazing.... I loved the different options never had to pick the same thing twice. But now every recipe comes with an upcharge like I'm already paying $95 a week for four meals and I can only choose from maybe 7recipes all the others that used to be available are now premium meals and are $2.99,$4.99 more per serving... I'm actually canceling my subscription because of this. It boils down to one word....GREED! IT ALWAYS RUINS A GREAT THING"
Hard to get food or cancel. After not receiving the hugely discounted come-back first box I went through the arduous process of getting through to customer service, and they were very nice and said they'd credit my account for the price of the first box for the second box. That's not ideal, you know, with the second one being more expensive but they were very nice. However, they never actually did that, so now I'm down $30 without a single meal and it took 45 minutes to figure out how to cancel."
