The pros are that it can connect to your program. You can pick which things to show on your dashboard. You can incorporate devices that track your activity. You can also set reminders. The only feature that I find subpar is adding your own recipes. They aren't accurate because you can't add a 1/2 or a decimal. Scanned baroness work well but not foods that aren't prepackaged. Other apps do better in this area. But none will ever be perfect so I continue to use thos one for now."

Overalls extremely helpful, however I feel like it lacks some intuitiveness. I'm not sure if the data is user-generated or generated in their system. However, it could be very frustrating to put in certain foods or bar codes that are pretty common.I feel, that they should open up their data sourcing a little bit a little easier to navigate. Also if you're not eating just Western food a lot of foreign bar codes will not be recognized at all which would be very frustrating."

It does a good job of tracking. I love the bowel movement tracker as that's a critical part of healing after bariatric surgery. The recipe maker is very hard to use for people who prefer typing and bigger screens. It also calculated differently than the book the recipes were coming from. A web version would be really nice for recipes and logging. Not everyone likes small screens."
