Lightchat is the worse Management i've ever encountered. On their recent updates,The problem arise when they actually put up "LUCKY BOX" game virtual gifts winning higher than they wanted to be.They let it RAN for Almost 3DAYS before they even frooze accounts without any notice. After that, Management claimed that it is a glitch, after we spent a lot of money already TheyDeducted everything from our income. People are leaving from this App.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP, ITS SCAMMING PEOPLE MONEY!!"
What you did to us is not fair, so just give us back what we won in the lucky box. no glitch occurred. You should have given us notice so we can avoid playing the lucky box Your failure didn't just happen once. last year the same thing happened, glitching too. Your host or user will be lost if you don't fix your system failure. return what was deducted from our income. that's what we want to happen. remove the lucky box as well. thanks a lot if you can pay attention to our complaint"
