At first I loved this platform - but I've discovered that even when courses are subtitled (which I'm fine with), the additional files which are sometimes many, many pages are not converted into English. Instead, Domestika said I needed to use a 3rd party app to convert the files manually by myself. I find this unacceptable as I've paid the same price as anyone else more or less depending on when they purchased it. Customer services have twice dismissed my issues and made light of it. Unhelpful."
